The power switch under the seat.
Do you just leave iron or turn it off?
What is best practice?
I have always turned mine off when left in the garage, or if parked for a few hours.
It’s just an extra safeguard if anything should go wrong, even though the circuits are all protected by fuses, to my mind it’s an extra safeguard as there is more than enough juice in the batteries to cause a firework display!!
On that note, periodically check the two terminal screws on the switch, one of mine backed off on the old model and caused a burning smell and scorching around the switch, and When I checked the new bike during assembly they weren’t really as tight as they should have been, so give them a tweak now and then.
