I’ve used my bike a total of 6 times and done just under 100 miles. In that time I’ve put it on charge 3 times.
The charger now doesn’t seem to turn on, the lights stay off and whilst the unit gets warm the fan doesn’t come on.
Anyone know if I can get a replacement charger, and if so from where? I presume it’s covered by warranty but can’t see it for sale on the eRider website so am concerned.
