E Rider Model 30
We understood that the original E Rider bike was not fast enough for some potential customers so the Model 30, with a maximum speed of 30MPH, fills the gap.
Of course the rules for riding legally are different- the Model 30 must be registered with the DVLA and the rider must wear a helmet.
Unless a full driving licence issued before 2001 is held it will also be necessary for the rider to undertake CBT training.
However there is still no Road Tax, the Model 30 still costs only about a penny a mile to run and it retains all of its environmental credentials. Please note that the battery is not removable for charging on this bike (if you need this please see the Model 30 City).
