We understood that the original E Rider bike was not fast enough for some potential customers so the new Model 30, with a maximum speed of 30MPH, fills the gap. The full specification is detailed below.
Of course the rules for riding legally are different- the Model 30 must be registered with the DVLA and the rider must wear a helmet.
Unless a full driving licence issued before 2001 is held it will also be necessary for the rider to undertake CBT training. However there is still no Road Tax, the new bike still costs only about a penny a mile to run and it retains all of its environmental credentials.
The E Rider Model 30 has a retail price of £1495 plus £95 pre-delivery check and carriage.
